I can arrange for the preparation and notarisation of a range of documents in numerous languages.
Public and private form powers of attorney;
Corporate constitutional documents, contracts and agreements, written resolutions and minutes;
Companies House documents and certificates of incumbency;
Private documents (such as educational certificates, powers of attorney, letters, affidavits and statutory declarations, immigration and OCI documentation);
Certified copies;
Administering affidavits or depositions sworn on oath or affirmed as Commissioner for Oaths.
As well as certifying the above documents, I can in certain circumstances provide preparation and drafting assistance and advice where appropriate at a competitive price and with a speedy service.
Key Stages
Each notarial matter will be different but here some typical key stages:-
Obtaining and checking the documents to be notarised together with any instructions you may have received regarding their notarisation.
Obtaining the necessary documentation from relevant agencies to deal with the document (e.g. obtaining information from HEDD, Companies House etc).
Drafting, translating or advising on the document as appropriate.
Satisfying myself as to the identity, capacity and authority of the person who is to sign the document by personal attendance and identification of the signatory by means of photo ID and proof of address.
If a document is to be certified, checking with the issuing authorities that the document/award is genuine.
Drafting and affixing or endorsing a notarial certificate to the document.
Arranging for the legalisation of the document as appropriate.
Arranging for the storage of notarial records and public form documents in accordance with the requirements of the Notarial Practice Rules 2019.
